Sisterly is a women-only, community-based platform that enables users to create profiles, connect, communicate, share content, and participate in community-driven activities.

The Service is provided via a mobile application and related digital services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility

Sisterly is intended exclusively for women.

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Be a woman

Access to the Service is strictly limited to women.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access if these conditions are not met.

4. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features.

• Keep your account information up to date
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. User Content

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or exploit other users
• Share hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or discriminatory content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Upload malware, spam, or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or systems
• Use Sisterly for dating, romantic solicitation, or matchmaking

👉 Dating-related behavior results in immediate account termination.

7. Payments & Monetization

Sisterly may offer paid features, including but not limited to workshops, events, subscriptions, or other community-driven monetized activities, either now or in the future.

Where applicable:

• Payments must be conducted only through Sisterly's approved systems
• Off-platform payments are strictly prohibited
• Additional terms may apply and will be presented prior to purchase

Sisterly does not guarantee earnings or outcomes from participation in paid activities.

8. Community Safety & Moderation

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to:

• Monitor activity on the Service
• Remove content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion

We do not guarantee that all inappropriate behavior will be prevented.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your conduct poses a risk to users or the platform
• Required by law or authorities

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
