1. The Service

Sisterly is a community-based platform that enables users to create profiles, connect, and communicate with other users.

The Service is provided via a mobile application and website. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

to use the Service. By using Sisterly, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Keep your account information up to date
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

By submitting User Content, you grant Reflatech OÜ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Sisterly currently does not offer paid features, subscriptions, or financial transactions.

If paid features are introduced in the future, additional terms will apply and you will be notified in advance.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your conduct poses a risk to other users or the platform
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

Termination may occur without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reflatech OÜ disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reflatech OÜ shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• User-generated content or interactions between users

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
